How it works
STEP 1
Students will start off by completing a self-discovery questionnaire, which includes Big Five Personality Questions, to provide Nina with the necessary information to kick-start the career guidance conversations.
STEP 2
Nina will discuss the assessment results with the students and ask questions to deepen their self-awareness. Additionally, Nina conducts mock interviews and provides detailed feedback.
STEP 3
Students gain insights and continue to have an avenue for asking questions. Career advisors are provided with the necessary information to further guide students, offline.
