What are Candidate Archetypes? 

The candidate archetypes stem from the information candidates provide through Psylent's personality assessment and Virtual Recruiter, ChatNINA. This results in a detailed personality profile description that aids candidates in gaining a deeper understanding of their own traits, thereby facilitating their search for a compatible cultural environment.

Types of Candidate Archetypes

In total, there exist 17 distinct Candidate Archetypes that are grouped into four primary categories: Collaborative, Creative, Competitive, and Control.

Collaborative Profiles

People with collaborative profiles value fairness, respect for others, and being socially responsible. We have 4 different profiles here:
